Business Developer & Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Location / Standort: Germany, Home Office and/or Nice Premises

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing sales strategies on German market
  • Preparing an effective business plan for projects to achieve the desired target
  • Responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with business partners on German market
    (including active acquisition of new business partners) 
  • Responsibility for applying and following the company's trade and pricing policy
  • Cooperating in organisation and participating in international trade exhibitions 
  • Management and development of the chain of distributors in the German region
  • Providing information about the product market dynamics and acive participation in the promotion
    and maintenance of brand in the region

Skills and attributes

  • A completed technical degree, ideally with an electrotechnical focus
  • Experience in drive and control technology, ideally in the field of smart home and building automation
  • Experience in such activities of an international company 
  • Several years of sales experience
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, including technical terms, both written and spoken;
    further foreign language skills (e.g. Polish) an advantage
  • Technical affinity, technical understanding and imagination
  • Good system know-how (MS Office, ERP system)
  • Ability to work positively with a wide range of external and internal contacts 
  • International thinking, strong focus on service and customer-oriented actions
  • Enjoy dealing with people internationally and have strong communication, negotiation and sales skills combined
    with reliability, team spirit and assertiveness
  • Commitment, enthusiasm, ability to work independently and self-organisational skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and strength of implementation
  • Independent, structured and careful way of working
  • Strong analytical mindset and affinity for numbers
  • Precise and result-oriented way of working
  • Class B driving licence
  • Very strong willingness to travel
