With a stand area of 92 square metres elero is well equipped for the specialist trade fair Veteco in Madrid. The trade fair stand offers sufficient space to present RevoLine, the new drive series with star qualities for roller shutters and awnings. The Veteco fair, which is taking place in mid-May for the tenth time, is the second most important trade fair in Europe for windows, façade construction, roller shutters and sun protection after R+T. This is due not least of all to the positive development of the sector in the host country: “The Spanish market has an annual growth rate of some 20 per cent. This means that there are outstanding development opportunities for a company such as elero with its comprehensive product range,” explains David Vargas, the head of the company’s branch office in Spain. In addition to RevoLine, elero will also be presenting the control series ProLine, as well as linear actuators for the façade sector.

Gentle star without any allures
Yet the focus of the appearance at the Spanish trade fair will be on the drive series RevoLine – above all due to its “Soft” concept: The integrated slow running speed with true torque reduction allows roller shutters and awnings to come to a gentle stop, something which also means a significant reduction in noise and an increase in the lifespan of blinds. The contract-free magnetic brake is likewise part of the concept – thus ensuring there is no wear and tear on the brake. RevoLine effortlessly combines a high degree of precision and sensitivity with a robust, tough construction – without any star allures at all. A further benefit: RevoLine may be combined with the controls in the ProLine series in a modular manner. Thus allowing for the creation of intelligent automation solutions tailored to individual needs.

On course for success throughout Europe
The appearance at the Veteco fair is only one stage on a successful European tour for RevoLine. The premiere at this year’s R+T fair in February met with an extremely positive reception on the part of trade visitors. Subsequently the overall concept of the quiet, easy-to-install drives also convinced visitors at the Saie Due trade fair in Bologna, at Hungary’s Construma fair, and at the Mosbuild fair in Moscow. Following the Veteco the next appearance for RevoLine is already lined up: At the Equip’Baie trade fair in mid-November the innovative drive unit series will certainly also attract the attention of trade visitors in Paris.
