With Kiev as its sixteenth global sales office, elero has been serving Ukrainian customers directly since the beginning of August. The management has been undertaken by Vladimir Klutshenko, who is responsible for Technology and Finances, and Alexej Gregorev, responsible for Sales and Marketing. Both men are familiar with the idiosyncrasies of the Ukrainian market and with elero products thanks to their many years of experience of the German electronic engineering industry. “Klutshenko and Gregorev are the ideal team for Kiev, because elero can now operate in the Ukraine with greater customer proximity and the benefit of true experts,” explains Dr. W. -Seifart, the chief executive officer of elero GmbH, adding with a view to the Ukrainian market: “To date small firms of craftsmen and installation companies have dominated the market, but now small and medium-sized enterprises are establishing themselves in the Ukraine.”

Since elero established contacts with Ukrainian companies and customers at this year's R+T in Stuttgart and at the most recent BUDMA in Poland, the company will be presenting its products, represented by its own stand, to a large audience in Kiev from 24 to 28 September 2003 at “Building and Architecture 2003”, one of the most important Ukrainian trade fairs for building and architecture. In addition to companies from Kiev, potential buyers from the Ukrainian metropolises of Charkow, Donezk, Odessa and Dnjepropetrowsk will also be addressed.
