With the RolSmart M 10-K, the first drive from the new RevoLine series is now available from elero. With a tube diameter of 50 millimetres and a torque of 10 Newtonmetres, this drive is the ideal solution for the most common window shutters.

Soft concept ensures quietness

Like the entire RevoLine series, elero has developed the RolSmart M 10-K according to a special Soft concept with which the drive operates particularly quietly and gently. The essential component of the concept is a sound-damping gear material that reduces both the operating noise and the vibrations. Operating at low speed in combination with a torque reduction, the RolSmart M 10-K guarantees a gentle stop at the end positions. A noiseless hysteresis brake whose functioning is based on magnetic force stops the travel of the shutter without any clacking noise.

Sensitive and robust at the same time

The development team of the RolSmart M 10-K has made sure that sensitivity is not achieved at the cost of robustness. Thanks to the frictionless magnetic brake and improved heat conduction, the motor is protected against wear and tear. In addition to this, the drive reacts flexibly in daily use: Should the shutter encounter an obstacle during its travel or if it is frozen solid in winter, the movement is stopped automatically in order to prevent damage. This increases the lifetime of the drive and the shutter. The customer benefits from the advantages of the new "gentle" technology in the long run.

Quicker installation and ready for operation

The installation of the drive has been significantly simplified: accessories such as latching adapters, motor bearings with click system and plug-in cables accelerate installation. The programming procedure for the end positions is just as simple: The shutter is raised and lowered once completely with the elero assembly cable. When starting from the upper or lower end position this position is programmed directly, and the shutter is ready for operation.
