elero's folding shutter drive is fitted with a electronic limit switch. The shutters will always be safely and smoothly closed in order to assure a long life of the shutters and the mechanical hinges(gears).
The electronic limit switches guarantee a safe run of the shutters and avoid open spaces when the shutters are closed. Besides, the motors can be connected in parallel consequently reducing the costs. If the shutters are fitted with a blocking bar, it is possible to slow down the running of one of the shutters with a DIP contact in order to adjust a perfect closing of the shutters. Thus, it is possible to run folding shutters just by pressing a button.
It is always possible to control the folding shutters automatically with the proper electronic control.
Planning and installation info
The drive stands out due to its compact design. The thickness of the wall where the drive is to be installed must be at least 250 mm. You can install the drive straight or slanting.
