During the development of the RevoLine electrical drives particular attention was paid to ensuring that the electrical drives are matched optimally to the mounting situation concerned. A total of three different drive types have been emerged. There is the "Rol" for the roller shutters, the "Sun" for awning and conservatory shading systems and the "Vari" which can be used in both areas.
Gentle force tubular motors
Innovative highlight of the RevoLine electrical drives is the soft brake and the silent gear. The creates high precision and moves roller shutters and awnings very quietly and gently. Electrical drives with an electronic limit switch additionally have an integrated slow speed which ensures a gentle approach to the stop.
Various sizes
Elero offers the right size for every mounting situation. RevoLine S electrical drives are particularly suitable for small roller shutters and textile blinds (from a shaft diameter of 38 mm). RevoLine M electrical drives are suitable for shafts from 50 mm in diameter and are available with torques of up to 50 Nm. The size-L electrical drives for shafts from 63 mm in diameter and torques of up to 80 Nm are particularly powerful.
Simple commissioning
Tubular motors from elero are simple to install and commission. Optimally matched accessories such as latching couplings, pluggable cables and motor bearings with click system additionally facilitate the installation.
Reliable feedback tubular motors
The electrical drives are controlled by wire or by radio. Sensors and programmable timers make automatic operation possible. All radio controllers are available as standard on the basis of the ProLine 2 bi-directional radio system. This means that radio receivers operate simultaneously as transmitters and the signal is continuously forwarded until it reaches its destination.
